As the Christmas giving season approaches, please remember that to be counted toward the 2026 calendar year, all donations must be received at our CDS processing center and postmarked by December 31, 2026. You can find the processing center address and additional deadlines on Staff Resources.
Here are some helpful reminders to ensure timely processing:

Field Staff: Please check desks, mailboxes, and other areas for any donation checks. Be sure to send checks along with the appropriate income processing form via UPS or FedEx overnight to meet deadlines.

Mission Services: Please place any checks and associated income processing forms in the income processing drop box by 12 p.m. MST, to allow time for processing.
Important Note from Income Processing
For November close: In light of the Thanksgiving holiday, regular mail (pledge cards and checks) and overnight packages need to be received by Tuesday, December 1. Items received on or after Wednesday, December 2, will be accounted for in December business. For questions, contact Financial Services at 877-438-9572.
