This year’s Global Day of Prayer is an invitation to rest in intimacy with our creator: God with us. Jesus invites us to “come away with him to a quiet place to rest” (Mark 6:31). He gave this invitation to his disciples after they returned excited, tired, and hungry from their first “missions trip,” and he’s also inviting you to do the same. Young Life’s Mission Lead Team is asking you to set aside October 13, 2026, for a day of prayer — alone with God and together with your team — lifting up the mission of Young Life around the world.
Prayer resources, including a solitude guide and a teams guide, are now available to help you make space for prayer throughout the day. Both resources are available in multiple languages available on the Day of Prayer site.
