More information is available about all the locations or addresses you see in Workday. Learn all about it in this knowledge article.
Our primary home address (noted “Home (Primary)”) and primary work location (noted “Work (Primary)” in Workday) are important to keep up-to-date and accurate. Your home and work addresses are used for payroll tax withholdings and for mailing important employee documents as needed.
You have the option of adding in an additional address where you want other Young Life mail delivered by adding in an additional address and noting under “usage” that it is for “mailing.” For example, if you have a local area PO Box where you want to receive Young Life mail, you can add it in as an additional address. See how in this article.
Starting January 1, U.S. field employees have their work location (shown on Work Contact Information on the Contact tab) showing as “420 N Cascade Ave.” They will have their home address showing as their work (Primary) location.
Staff profile pages in Workday will now show “Work From Home – Yes” for all U.S. field staff.
Home address and work location should be the same for anyone in the U.S. field.
When hiring new employees, the PAR partner will be required to provide the alternate work location so the person is taxed appropriately.
