As the next step in our Staff Engagement Survey, completed in April 2025, we have launched our Engagement Pulse Survey on March 23 and will keep it open through April 2, 11:59 p.m. MST.

We want to focus on a few key areas, hear where things stand today, and most importantly act on what we learn and communicate those actions back to you.

This pulse survey is designed to help us listen deeply, learn continuously, celebrate progress and identify areas we want to grow in. It is meant to provide a quick look on progress we’ve made since the full survey last Spring, and help us with goal setting for FY27.

The pulse survey includes 12 questions and should take five-to-ten minutes to complete. You must complete all questions to submit the survey. Your answers are confidential.
