Our Staff Engagement Survey is one way we’re listening to staff around the world and learning how we can better support one another as we carry out our mission.

Over the past several months, we’ve taken time to review the survey responses and learn more about what matters most to our staff and where we can continue to grow. We previously shared high-level themes, and we’re now sharing deeper insights that include staff comments to add context and meaning. Please note we’ve provided these responses in five key languages: French, Spanish, Russian, Swahili, and English. 

Our Senior Leadership Council is actively using this feedback as they shape mission priorities and next steps. Later this spring, we’ll be sending out a short pulse survey to check in on how things are going — please watch for it in your email, and take a few minutes to share your thoughts.
