The Global Field Development Department’s 2026 Relationship-Centered Engagement Symposium schedule is now available! Symposiums are required for all newly-hired, or soon-to-be hired, U.S. field staff associates for the upcoming year, and new or current area directors or staff who want more training. This year’s symposiums feature tailored learning tracks, including a new track for area directors looking to grow in their fundraising skills.

The location for all dates is the Tod Bush Center in Dallas, Texas.

2026 Symposium Dates:

• Spring Session: May 5-6
• Spring Session: May 20-21
• Summer Session: July 22-23
• Fall Session: October 13-14
