EMMA Email Deliverability

EMMA Email Deliverability

Since February 1, 2024, Google and Yahoo have required an authenticated domain when sending email through a mass email marketing platform (such as EMMA, Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, etc.). Google and Yahoo are now fully enforcing this new requirement. If you are not using an authenticated sender email address, your emails will not be delivered to your entire audience.

EMMA users, your Sender Email address has been updated (your MU@e2.younglife.org) and should be the default sending address on any campaign using an updated Editor template. Please ensure replies are routed to the correct address by completing the EMMA Deliverability Form if you have not already. We strongly advise Young Life staff to stop using Legacy templates. Several are not mobile friendly and gmail.com sender addresses are frequently saved in the template, which will prevent your recipients with Gmail and Yahoo addresses from receiving your communication.
