For U.S. staff, open enrollment for 2027 benefits is here! From October 28 through November 12, 2026, eligible staff will have the opportunity to review options and make any changes, with coverage effective January 1, 2027. This is the one time each year when staff can make changes or elect voluntary benefits without a qualifying life event such as marriage or the birth of a child.

Enrollment will now be done in Workday! When Open Enrollment starts, you’ll be sent an email and given a task to complete. We encourage everyone to go through the process and see what’s being offered. If no action is taken, current plans will roll into 2027 EXCEPT for the Flexible Spending Accounts which require enrollment each year. Very minimal changes are being made for 2027, and you can review those and get information on all the plans here.
