Invest in Your Area’s Emerging Leaders

The Young Life Servant Leadership Project (SLP) is a 10-day intercultural leadership training designed for emerging leaders (ages 17-19) and Young Life staff from all levels of ministry experience in the U.S. We bring together 30 emerging leaders and 12 Young Life staff from diverse backgrounds to grow and learn in community. Through service-learning projects, classroom teaching, and cross-cultural experiences, SLP participants take their faith and leadership to the next level.

SLP aligns with Young Life’s Known initiative to develop kingdom leaders. If you have an emerging leader in your area, invite them to learn more about the program and apply for SLP this summer. You can also check out stories from SLP alumni on this YouTube channel.
