From February 9-12, 2026, in Orlando, FL, Young Life’s Focus Ministries will host the Mosaic Conference, a U.S. training event designed to equip, encourage, and connect those serving in YoungLives, Capernaum, and Multiethnic ministries.
Together, we’ll celebrate the theme of Growing Together with breakout sessions, lively general sessions and plenty of time for networking, reconnecting and fun. This event replaces former pre conference celebrations and previous urban training events.
If you’re serving in a focus ministry, you belong here!
- All full-time focus ministry staff are expected to attend.
- Part-time staff, volunteers, and committee members are also welcome!
