March 27 update
As an effort to prioritize organizational health and belonging, Young Life is offering an annual staff engagement survey. This confidential survey will give us a chance to better listen to our staff, have healthy conversations, and go together.
This survey was emailed to full-time and part-time staff across U.S. and International field divisions, Camping, and Mission Services and will be open until 11:59 pm MDT, April 4, 2025.
A few things to note:
- More than 2,200 staff (about 39%) have completed the survey — thank you!
- The survey was sent from “People Element” on March 13 at noon MDT to the business email address on file in Workday. If you did not receive the email, reach out to engagesurvey@sc.younglife.org. Please do not forward any survey links, as each person’s survey link is individual and allows us to keep results confidential.
- The survey responses are confidential. The survey is conducted in a way that ensures individual answers cannot be traced to staff members. Results will be reported in a summarized format, so no single response will be identifiable.
- Weekly reminder emails are being sent to those who have not submitted the survey.
- Translation is available in multiple languages once people open the email. For geographies where email is difficult, please work with International Operations for alternative methods.
