The Single Sign-On (SSO) issue affecting Workday access has now been resolved, and users should once again be able to log in.
Some users may still receive a login error if their account was temporarily locked after multiple unsuccessful login attempts during the service interruption. Workday automatically locks an account after 3 failed login attempts. These accounts will be automatically unlocked after 1 hour.
If you continue to experience a login error, please wait 1 hour before trying again to allow the lockout period to expire.
