Registration for the Sequoia Coaching Program, which offers proven funding principles to sustain U.S. staff serving in diverse and under-resourced areas across the mission, is now open for the 2024-25 year. This program offers cohort-style learning and includes:
• 18 lessons via online learning, with twice-monthly virtual meetings, and one in-person meeting with the coaching team.
• Coaching to equip staff with knowledge, strategies, and skills to effectively raise funds in under-resourced communities, including: 1) a deeper understanding of fundraising principles, 2) donor cultivation, and 3) additional techniques to maximize fundraising potential.
